Our t-shirts are printed to order using state-of-the-art technology
Info about production
Each product you see on our website is made on-demand, which means that once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you.
This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste. We and our carefully chosen partners are continuously working toward greener production.
Direct to garment printing
Our t-shirts are printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) technique.
With DTG, ink is sprayed onto the garment, which helps it soak into the fabric better and makes the print less prone to fading.
The inks we use for printing are Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals.
Fulfilled & shipped locally
Currently orders are delivered in the same region they’re fulfilled. Having fulfillment centers close to our customers is good for the planet.
Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing the CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.
We source products and fabrics from ethical brands and suppliers that comply with labour, environmental, and safety standards.
Some of our new and upcoming products are cut and sewn by our in-house professionals.
Our t-shirts are made from Airlume cotton - the highest quality combed and ring-spun cotton you can get
So what is Airlume cotton exactly?
2.5x more impurities have been removed than standard ring-spun cotton through an extensive combing process.
The t-shirts use long cotton staples, which means there are less stray fibers when the yarn is spun, resulting in a smoother print surface.
The fabric is dyed in L.A. using the most eco-friendly dyes and 7x less water than the average garment manufacturer.
